1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Ingenium Virtual Assistant Limited ("Ingenium," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Ingenium provides professional virtual assistant and business consulting services, including:

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed payment terms
  • Provide timely feedback and necessary materials for service delivery

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business matters. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in materials created by Ingenium remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended business purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ingenium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
